Since 1964, Americollect has been providing healthcare collections from Manitowoc, WI. In 1999, Kenlyn Gretz purchased Americollect after 11 years of working as the company’s Collection Manager. The company was a small, 12 employee agency at that time, and has grown to over 260 team members serving more than 70 hospitals and 7,000 physicians.

Americollect operates in a brand new 37,000 square foot facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The facility was built with the newest technology; creating highly efficient work environments for our team members. Americollect utilizes secure entrances and tracking systems, VOIP telephone system capabilities, internal secure wireless access points, redundant IT networking, and TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) compliant dialers.

Americollect is consistently collecting more than other agencies by doing the UN-thinkable – being RIDICULOUSLY NICE. Our dialogue is a patient friendly approach for patients, clients, and Americollect. Our friendly staff consistently draws compliments from patients and clients alike. Americollect’s clients are surveyed using a Net Promoter Score (Referral Score) and we score 71% which is higher than Harley Davidson, Apple, CostCo, and Kohls for client’s who are eager to refer us. Americollect’s client retention rate has been 99% or greater the last 5 years.
