We are currently seeking a motivated individual for a Temporary (6 month) Educational Systems Trainer position to work with users of our Response to Intervention product. This position will be full-time for approximately 6 weeks, then 3 days per week for the remainder of the 6 month period, and will be based in the Janesville, WI area . There is the potential that for the right candidate, the position could continue on either a full or part time basis in our Franklin office after the 6 month position is up.
The primary job responsibilities will include:
Administer the RtI system
Facilitate training, for both system operations and RtI procedures
Serve as the point of contact for teacher questions and problems
Generate reports and management information as necessary
Required skills for this position include:
Strong computer skills
A background in Education or Training
An understanding of Response to Intervention
The ability to effectively communicate with others
Proven ability to learn new responsibilities quickly
Experience with presenting to groups of various size
Technical knowledge of databases is a plus
A minimum of 2-5 years experience in teaching, software training, educational administration, or educational consulting is preferred. 4 year degree from an accredited university is required.
